4 c. cooked cut up chicken
1 c. chopped pecans
4 c. thinly sliced celery
2 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. onion
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheese
toss together lightly the chicken, pecans and celery. in blender, puree the mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and grated cheese for sauce. toss chicken mixture together with sauce. pour into casserole dish. top with 2 cups crushed potato chips and 1/4 cup chopped pecans. bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. serve hot.
